I always choose a subject that catches my attention for some reason. It can be anything—the look, the atmosphere, or simply the way it stirs a thought or feeling in me.

When I paint, I don’t draw beforehand; I begin with paint and gradually build the image. Often, I don’t paint only what I see—I add elements that weren’t there, guided by a feeling that they belong. I follow my intuition and my heart.

I become completely absorbed in the process, and time and space seem to fade away.

Painting takes me into a different universe, where everything is possible, and the only limit is my imagination.

Creating an artwork is more than skill; it’s about expressing yourself—your emotions and your thoughts.

As my favourite painter, Vincent van Gogh, wrote:

“Almost no one knows that the beautiful work is to a large extent good faith and sincere feeling.”
